We’re the founders of Croots. What started as a way to use up leftover bread turned into a mission: to make croutons better. And along the way we realized a simple truth — the best croutons rarely even make it to a salad bowl.

So we leveled them up. Big flavors, simple ingredients, and artisanal sourdough bread. We’re flavor chasers, bread obsessives, and yes — crouton lovers through and through. (Also lover lovers — we started Croots, then got married. Pretty good sign, right?!)

Our goal? To make Croots the snack you crave, full of flavor, free of crap.
